What does the Non-Surgical Face Lift Kit do?

When will I see results?
After using the Non-Surgical Face Lift Mask, you will notice a tightening and toning as little as 20 minutes. You will notice a dramatic change in fine lines and wrinkles within 2-4 weeks and will continue to see additional results 8-12 weeks with continued usage.

How do you use the Non-Surgical Face Lift Kit?
The Non-Surgical Face Lift Mask should be applied once every three days for the first two weeks, and then once a week thereafter for maintenance (or before a big event for a "quick fix").
Step One: Start with clean skin. Using brush, thoroughly mix one heaping teaspoon of Mask Powder and one level teaspoon of Mask Activator in a small bowl until it becomes a smooth and creamy consistency. Brush Mask upward and outward over the face and neck area. Lie down and allow to dry for 20 to 30 minutes. You will feel it tightening on your face.
Step Two: To remove the Mask, cup hands and flood face with warm water to soften the hardened mask (do not scrub). The Mask, once softened, will dissolve away completely with more warm water and gentle upward strokes. Pat dry.
Step Three: Apply a small amount of Firmalift™ to the face and neck. Massage into skin using gentle, upward strokes. Allow Firmalift™ to soak into the skin. Then in the same motion apply a small amount of the Skin Renewal Booster to the face and neck to hydrate and condition your skin morning and night.
For maximum results, we recommend applying Firmalift™ and the Skin Renewal Booster morning and night.
Will I experience redness?
The product is revitalizing your skin so you may notice a slight pinkish color to your face after use. You should not see redness. Discontinue use if you experience any unusual reactions and consult your physician.

Can the Mask be used on the eyes? How close to the eyes can I apply the Mask?
The DISTINCTION® Non-Surgical Face Lift mask can be applied to "crow's feet" or creases near the eyes. After the mask has been applied to the entire face, take the remaining mixture, using the end corner of the brush, and gently apply a thin layer to creases under the eye*.
Avoid direct contact with eyes. To avoid applying too close to the eyes, we recommend that you do not apply closer than a ¼ inch below the eyelash line or ¼ inch below the eyebrow. If significant redness or irritation occurs, discontinue use.
Are these products safe for all ages? How about during pregnancy?
Although DISTINCTION® is designed to beautify aging skin, our products may be used by anyone wanting to improve how their skin looks and feels. Do I have to stay out of the sun? I work outdoors.
Some of our products contain alpha hydroxy acids (AHA's). Products containing AHA's may increase your skin's sensitivity to the sun and particularly the possibility of sunburn. Always use a sunscreen and limit your sun exposure while using AHA products and for a week afterwards. Our website includes a full list of ingredients for each product.
Can I use more than one serum together? Can I use them with make-up? In what order?
Yes. All of our products are designed to compliment each other well. You can "cocktail" any number of serums you'd like. For example, when using two serums at once, we suggest applying a "smaller" amount of both. Many customers love how their make-up sets with serum(s) underneath. Always apply serums to freshly cleansed skin and finish with a moisturizer like DISTINCTION® Skin Renewal Booster or Solar Protect SPF 15 Whipped Moisture Cream.
Are your products tested on animals?

What percent hexapeptides are used in your anti-wrinkle products?
The manufacturer of Argiriline recommends 3-10%. The clinicals that we base our claims off of used 5%, which showed significant results.

How do I know that the order has been shipped?
You will be sent two e-mails after you have submitted your order and provided us with a valid e-mail address:

2. The second confirms that the order has been successfully processed and shipped (tracking information will be included in this message).

What is your return policy?
At Distinction Non Surgical Face Lift your satisfaction is our #1 concern.
If you are not satisfied with the product for any reason, you may return the unused product and Distinction Non Surgical Face Lift containers within 30 days from the date it was shipped and we will not bill you for the product (however, you will be charged for shipping and handling). If you have received the product during the course of the auto-ship program, you may return the unused product and Distinction Non Surgical Face Lift containers of that last shipment of product within 30 days from the date it was shipped and we will not bill you for that product (however, you will be charged for shipping and handling). Please note the following return terms:
You must have an RMA number from Distinction Non Surgical Face Lift to make a return. To obtain a RMA number please call our Customer Care Center at (888) 447-3501. You may also email us at support@Distinctionnsfl.com. Be sure to include your name and order number in your email.
We will not accept or process for refund any packages marked "Return to Sender."
• Refunds will always be issued to the same credit card to which they were charged.
• To ensure prompt processing, returns must be sent to the address provided with your RMA number. The warehouse cannot accept packages without an RMA number.
• For orders that are not part of the risk-free trial, returned product must be un-opened and sealed in order to receive refund or credit.

How Long Will it Take To Process Returns?
From the time our warehouse receives your return, it generally takes 2 business days to process your refund.
Please keep in mind that your credit card company or its bank has to post our credit in the billing cycle in which it was received, hence the number of days it takes for the credit to post to the customer's account can slightly vary depending on how quickly the credit card company or its bank posts our refund. Your credit card will be refunded by "Distinction Non Surgical Face Lift."
What if the product arrived damaged?
Any of our products that are damaged during shipping will be replaced at no charge. Save the package and all contents, and contact our Customer Service at (888) 447-3501 to request a RMA number.
Is the Product Guaranteed?
In addition to any manufacturer's warranty, we support the products offered through our website with our 30 day customer satisfaction guarantee. If you are unsatisfied with the product, you may return the unused product and Distinction Non Surgical Face Lift containers within 30 days from the date it was shipped and you will not be billed for the shipment.

Most orders will arrive within 4 - 7 business days from your initial order. We allow 1 - 2 business days to process your order.
