Return Policy
We believe in complete customer satisfaction. This is reflected in our 30-day satisfaction guaranteed return policy.
If you are unsatisfied with the product, you must contact customer service at (888) 447-3501 or by email at support@distinctionnsfl.com to obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. When doing so, please provide your name, address, telephone number and order number. Once you have received your RMA number, you must complete your return within 30 days from the shipment date.
Please note:
• Shipping and handling are non-refundable
• Clearly mark the RMA number on the return box (the warehouse cannot accept packages without an RMA number).
• Return the unused portion of the Non-surgical Face Lift and the original shipping package.
• Refunds will be issued to the same credit card to which they were charged.
• We will not refund any packages marked "Return to Sender".
• A $5 processing fee may be applied to certain returns.
For all orders that are not the original Risk Free Trial Order, product must be returned unopened and in original condition for refund.

How long will it take to process returns?
After the warehouse receives your return, it generally takes 2 business days to process your refund.
What do I do if I receive a damaged product?
Product(s) damaged during shipping will be replaced at no charge. Save the package and all contents, and contact our Customer Service at (888) 447-3501 to request an RMA number and for further instructions.
What if shipping or delivery errors occurred with my order?
Should you experience any problems with your order, please contact our Customer Service Support (888) 447-3501 immediately, so that we may correct it in a timely manner.
